Welcome to the Overseas Buyers Club Shopping Mall

The OBC Mall service allows you to buy whatever you want from your favourite stores in the US, have them delivered to OBC’s US address before we forward the goods direct to your door in the UK. Please note that this service is available for delivery to UK residents only and that you are likely to incur customs fees, which are payable on delivery.

How does it work?

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Purchase at any store in the US that offers delivery to an address in the US.
2. Be sure to have the order shipped to your OBC Mall Shipping Address.
3. When you have completed your order, email us at sales@obcusa.co.uk. with the order details. Please ensure that you forward the confirmation email you have received from the US store to us. This must detail the product(s), quantity and value of the goods you have bought as we require this information for customs purposes.
4. When your goods arrive at our warehouse, we'll inspect them and forward them to you.
5. You can purchase from more than one store. If you do and you wish us to consolidate your order to save on shipping fees, you must tell us in good time.

Import Restrictions: There are certain items that can't be shipped due to import restrictions.
Meat Products- includes baby food with meat, jerky, sauces with meat, pet food, etc.
Bird seed or seeds of any kind
Aerosol items
Flammable items such as kitchen torches
Any pornographic material

Note* This list is not all inclusive. We have only listed items that you might not be aware are restricted. If you have any questions about an item you might purchase or wish to find out how much you are likely to have to pay in Duty and VAT, please check with HMRC (Tel: 0845-010-9000) before you purchase it.

How much does it cost?

Handling Fee for Orders Containing:
10 items or less: £15.00.
11 or more items: £15.00 plus £1.00 per item greater than 10. The additional £1.00 charge will be capped at 40 items.
£7.50 for every additional box shipped
We will make every effort to fit your order into as few boxes as possible.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order. Once we have consolidated all your goods, we will email you a payment request for the Handling and Shipping Charges. You will need to send us payment via Paypal (no echeques please as they take 9 days to clear) before we will despatch your goods to your door.

Shipping Rates

Your goods will be shipped to your door via the Fedex International Priority Service.

Maximum Shipping Weight and Size:

For the small parcel service the maximum shipping weight is 65 lbs and the maximum package size is 63 inches in length and girth combined. For parcels that do not meet these specifications please contact OBCUSA for rates and fees before purchasing.
Shipping charges are based on the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package to be shipped. The dimensional weight is calculated by taking the (H x W x L) / 166. This will give the pound weight of the package which you can reference to the shipping table to get your actual shipping cost. Note: For multiple box orders the weight is not aggregated and each box will be charged the per pound rate according to the shipping table.
